My 3d printer heater is not working, i don't know if the problem is wiring or the extruder heater is broken. The software doesn't show even any temperature and it is all the time stand on zero. I checked the wires coming to the nozzle, it looks good but even when i manually turn the heater on, it looks doesn't have power.
Is there anybody have the same problem? Is there any place to repair robo 3d?

You have an open circuit in your thermistor line.

So check all of the wires from the RAMPS board to the thermistor. You might just have a loose connection or broken wire. Otherwise replace the thermistor. They are really cheap.
