So I emailed Robo 3D about the screws that hold in the extruder, I stripped one when I was putting it back in. They said to use the replacement part request form and include a picture. Now on the new form there is no place to put a picture, not to mention the whole thing is very cartoonish. I felt like a 5 year old filling out the new contact form.

If anyone know what the particulars are for the two screws that hold the hot end into the carriage, please let me know. I will gladly go to Home Depot or Ace and get the replacements.

    Thanks
    Greg

M3 if memory serves, about 1 inch long. Get the ones with the allen heads to avoid strippage.

Thanks those were the ones with Allen heads, but I was being lazy and used an electric screw driver, won't do that again.

If they don't sell M3, #4 work just as well. Stainless steel is also a good idea as it's harder to strip out

I just confirmed that there is a spot to upload pictures and files in the replacement part request

Yup, I actually switched from M3 to M4 on one of mine.
    Good point.

I meant ANSI inch #4, though M4 would work fine as well

They did get back to me and ask to email them the pictures but I just picket up some steel screws at my local HW store, I have to say their service is pretty good, they do respond quickly. Thanks for all the suggestion on the screws
