When the extruder is printing and moving from section to section. What setting controls the height at which it moves.
I am using cuts, but hopefully it is the same control no matter what software you us3?

I lost a print when it kept leaving marks in the just laid pla and jammed the extruder.

certain softwares do not allow the extruder to lift when moving but I believe cura have just added this feature if you want to try give that a go. (open the expert settings folder in the software)
