I have a robo 3D printer. The tray wont move at all, when it prints it only makes horizontal lines and just stacks goo. I just bought it and it was working yesterday. Thanks!

Sounds like you might want this:

Schedule a tech. Something is clearly wrong with the Y axis, but there are a lot of possibilities (from a loose wire to bad electronics).
I would suggest you try having your software you are printing with manually move the Y axis.
If that works (I would be surprised) then something really odd is wrong with the model or the slicer. If it won't move the Y even manually then something is wrong with the Y drive (motor, belt, electronics)

I bet the belt tensioner broke and the belt is slipping

No bet, because it's pretty much guaranteed to be the issue.

If the OP picks the glass bed up off of the magnets I bet he'll see a belt lying loose in there.
