    3. And sometimes print bed not get heated up. I have to disconnect close and connect then it works once in 5 times try.

Firmware is not reverting back and showing new update available after updating. I am using Mac OSX.

Please suggest me or give me your valuable support.

Do you have the new auto-leveling z axis or the old screw style?

The temp at 0 means you have an open circuit in your thermistor line, or it's come unplugged.

I have a old screw style. And don't have any idea about thermistor line. Earlier it was working fine and the neutral temp is between 30-33.

0 means an open circuit. It can't mean anything else. Find the open circuit

Turn the printer on it's side and find the break. If it's at the molex connector you need to contact team robo for a replacement. Otherwise just solder/crimp the wire back together

Trace the wires from the print head to the RAMPS board (top one under the printer). There is a broken or disconnected wire there. It could simply be disconnected/knocked loose from the board or it is a broken wire as Mike has told you.

Properly home it? Is one of your z switches deactivated?

The problem is with loose thermistor wiring in Hot end that i have solved. But my next problem is Heated Bed thermistor you can see it in image the red glue is teared or not touching the plate properly, but when i pressed it shows temp increase in software and default temp it shows without pressing is between 31-32 deg. So what should i have to do now. please suggest.
