Unable to open Cura for Robo

    As the Title Says, im unable to open the program, when I try it shows a "loading plugins" and disappears.

    I have tried on a W11 machine and W10 machine same issue, there is a %appdata% folder that is empty.

    Additionally when trying to connect to my R2 for Cura 5.0 it states that it isnt able.


    Any insight would be great, thank you.

    Ok for CURA 5 you need to create an account and download the OctoPrint plugin or you wont be able to connect.

    Second, create as custom FFF printer with the following settings

    I am having the same issue while using the C2. Does anyone have the CURA 5 settings for the c2

    I don't use it (Cura -- I do use the C2), but the sizes are likely all that have to change and this is the reference:

    Build size 127 × 127 × 152 mm

    So you should be able to set that up.

    What do you use instead of Cura? I have an R2, and I'm having a hard time getting Cura to run on my newest laptop. Curious if there's a different way...

    Were you able to get Cura for Robo working on Windows 11? I'm in the same boat; app starts, says "loading plugins", disappears. I have it running on an older laptop (been running Cura for Robo since like 2018), but I'm trying to migrate to a new laptop.

    I have used Simplify3d for years. For complex slices it is untouchable and it is faster.
