ive tried a few things under that page, the underextrusion part say too big layer but i am only printing at .25 and have gotten prints perfect with this layer height, and im printing at 200 degress where i have also got good prints and it just seems all of the sudden this is happening

Is it pla? Are you using an oiler ? Have you had good results out of the e3d ? Or is this a problem since the e3d?

Yes to all 3, I have gotten great results, I was printing with carbon fiber when it started and just noticed my hobbed bolt is pretty worn down, could that be the issue

That or the nozzle could be at fault for sure are you running s hardened nozzle?

This one is not hardened but I printed the carbon fiber on a brass nozzle and when the issue occurred switched to a stainless steel nozzle and normal pla, so no carbon fiber has gone through this nozzle.

Ok gotya. Stainless in my experience has required more heat for good layer bonding. Try upping your temp and trying another test print
