When im printing it seems like the middle of the bed is higher then the outside of the bed. When I go to print the left and right side look perfect but thw middle looks really thin.

Ihave the same issue, not sure if it is in the autolevel code or not, is this on your first layer?

On an autolevel printer I would expect that the auto-leveling would take care of 99% of this.
How are you doing the autoleveling? Are you using the MatterControl auto-leveling of have you turned that off and are using the firmware functions?

Best way to prove for certain it's the bed and not software is a dial gauge.

Or removing the bed and placing it on a flat surface face down.

Ya it seems like the middle of the first layer is to close to the bed. I'm using repetier host and it auto levels using the 9 point probe. I'll have to check the bed like Mike said.

Mike you are talking about the bed frame right? not the glass.

I'm talking about the glass. Bed frame is accounted for by the autolevel but were the glass warped it might have issues compensating. Increasing the number of probe points would give it a better picture for warped glass

Increase the number of probe points? Change AUTO_BED_LEVELING_GRID_POINTS from 3.

Though I'm still doubtful the bed is warped. Glass doesn't really warp
