Unresolved V6 Hotend filament stuck in extruder

    Yea I sent message after 10 days saying that if u won't response, I'll open a ticket with PayPal then they send me with an hour tracking number not shipped yet physically.

    Did you put in the new quick release? With the nozzle not heated can you grab the hotend and wiggle it, if it moves you have a mechanical issue. Have you calibrated the extruder after installing the new hotend ?

    edit: is this the V6 you installed or a new hexagon?

    i was following the steps when i mark the filament and test i fount its extruding filament less 10mm do i have to fix the value ?

    Configuration.h, there is a line near the middle that includes the value of 723.38, that value typically under extrudes and needs to be raised. It probably is something close to 800 to be correct.
