Hi, well, as you can see this is my problem, i try to print with ABS at 235ºC, and the Bed at 105ºC with simplify 3D.

    Obvioulsy the fan its off.

I think, could be the problem for not having a cage? (for control better the temperature)

Normal ABS behavior without a heated chamber.

You can likely improve on this by some combination of:
    1) reducing the infill percentage
    2) lowering the nozzle temp a bit
    3) make sure there is no air movement and use a warm room (box around the printer if you can)

Finally, is there some specific need to do this in ABS? You might want to consider a different filament type that will not want to warp (PET, Nylon, PLA variants like woodfill). That particular model would look awesome in woodfill :)

Whats the ambient temperature? If you have a hexagon it might be worth increasing the temperature to around 245

Also it's a good idea to drop the bed temp down to 80C after the first layer.

As always, an enclosure with ABS is ideal: http://www.printedsolid.com/shop/3dprinters/r3dhouse/

I tried to make an enclosure, also i put the config for low the temp at 80ºC after the first layer. But as you can see, the result was worst.

Tonight i gonna try do not slow down the temp, and also i gonna reinforcing the enclosure.

If you have an all metal hotend I suggest printing at 250C

    http://www.makerbot.com/blog/2011/06/23/12-ways-to-fight-warping-and-curling/

Good general advice (much of which was already said here).

    It is ABS...

Specifically yours was inter-layer warping (not just the bottom layer curling up) and a lot of the answers don't help with that. ABS warps as it cools. The gentler the cooling, temperature change goes, the less it will warp. That is why I suggested dropping the nozzle extrude temp rather than raise it. The lower temp you can print ABS at the less of this you will be subject to. A heat lamp can also help if you direct it on the print (but that usually is aimed at only one side so less helpfull).

Corner/edge/bottom layer warping is a different beast and the 'mouse ears' or rafts can really help with that.

Oh, and this was 90% ABS:

    http://www.thingiverse.com/make:90476

so you can see it is doable.

You can also see (by looking closely) that there was still some edge warp but we made it work with the model.

PD: And one question more, my Robo its the Robo3d R1, i bought this november, as i can see, the hoten its all metal, but i'm not sure, because i have not seen a "hoten of not metall". Its a little silly question, but i wanna see the differences between my hotten and ED3 V6 who everybody talk about.
