Answered What causes this shift in the part dimensions?

    Here’s the setup: Robo R1 plus. Filament is 1.75mm neon yellow PLA with a temp range spec of 215-225. Part was printed at 220 with bed temp of 65.

    All angles were supposed to be 90 degrees, so the acute angle shown on the print was not expected. It’s supposed to look like a stack of discs of equal thickness, but the second stack from the bottom appears to have shifted in the x-direction during printing, but only on that one section.     Belt slipping on that axis (which can be a loose belt or a loose drive cog on the motor shaft) or something got in the way of the extruder while it was printing blocking it.

    Thanks for the quick response. Tightened the X axis belt and will try printing the part again.
