Hello again guys. Finally my printer is in action. So I did a test print of a 20 mm cube. With a caliper the sides is *almost* spot on length-wise. But what is causing those as can be seen in the pictures?

I've been reading the threads & most of the problems encountered are the Z-Ribbings. Is this too?

I am on the Plus model. Printing with the included blue filaments at 195°. All with defaults settings with MC.

I agree with @janot928 that looks like a loose drive. Is it happening only in one axis (X or Y)? Or, is it happening on both?

Thanks guys! So as I am really new to all these, where/which pulleys am I supposed to tighten? What exactly do I need to tighten? Screws? If yes, which screws?

Belts? I know I can see one belt. I assumed that is the belt I need to work on? If yes, how should I tighten it?

there is a motor on the right side (for the X axis) there is a pulley there (and maybe tightend the belt at the same occasion)
the Y pulley is located under the heated bed. to acces it, hold the X axis (where the extruder is located) and remove the bed. it is held in place by magnets so no screws but dot rip the riban cable at the back

this might be easyer to understand

This to me looks like a bad lead screw. I bet one or both of them are misaligned and wobbling. Submit a replacement part request to team robo

    Thanks all for the replies!

Ah lead screws. Did not expect a brand new printer will come with something which is bent.

@janot928 Pulleys? Which is that? I watched the video twice I think I did not heard heard the word pulleys :(

One more thing, how exactly do I tighten the belts? I can see the belts are being tied up with cable ties.

There should be one zip tie that's used for tensioning. You shouldn't need to tighten anything. I bet if you raise/lower the z axis you'll see a noticeable wobble on the Z rods

Mike, bear with me on this, so I just let the belts be then. So now to the next question, there are 2 rods on each sides. One of the 2 rods got threads but is shorter that the other which is smooth. Are you referring to the rod which got threads?

As far as I can see the wobble is actually more on the top end of the threaded lead screws. Actually both side is! I thought that was normal.
