Sorry buddy I threw my abs out the window. It's very hard to print without a heated enclosure. There are many other filaments that do print well depending on your needs

I use the R1 Plus with the heated bed. You might want to get a heated bed.

Pla I use....foxsmart - 18/kg, inland 18/kg, hatch box-20-24/kg, 3d solutech 24/kg, Esun 25/kg, colorfabb 38/750g lol I use it all. Cheaper the filament the more risk for spool issues but if you buy from Amazon they will replace it

I use PLA for general things and I have tried PLA for pretty much everywhere (including the cheap ones from eBay). It all works abount the same. For specialty filaments (wood, stone, metal, etc.) I always go with a brand name (colorfabb, laywood, Taulman, etc.) simply because the off-brand ones tend to be less good. People have described the generic 'woodfil; as 'brown PLA'
