Unresolved Wires coming out of hot end

    Well I have been having prints stop for no reason. Just noticed the wires are coming out of the head. Is this salvageable? I just got this hot end a couple of weeks ago

    That is the heater core. It looks OK other than not being seated into the heater block.

    Usually there is a set screw that snugs it in place (on other hotends).

    When I google pictures of the hexagon most have a metal plate that swings down and screws in place to hold it in... I don't have a hex so I can't confirm what style the Robo uses, but there should be something to hold it in place.

    Meanwhile, gently slide it back in.
