I'm having a problem where around layers 7-10 my x axis shifts in the x+ direction. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with transitioning to or from infill layers, but it does seem like its the first layer on top of the infill of the part I'm trying to print.
I've checked the belts and they are all good. I also checked the mount for the x-axis motor, and it is still good as well.

Layer shift is one of two things (from a fundamental standpoint):

    1) Problem with GCode either in generating it or parsing it (software issue: computer side or printer side)
    2) Mechanical issue (printer can't/won't move as commanded)

Preview the GCode and see if it looks correct.
Try another slicer and/or program (if using MatterControl, try Repetier Host)

Hard to tell from that print. The underextrusion makes me think it might be clipping. Though be sure to check the set screw on the X pulley

It looks like it might be an issue with the 14.12 version of cura. Just got around to testing out an older version and didnt have any problems
