Answered xxl lcd screen doesn't work part 2

So, after a weekend of successful printing, i moved my printer (about) an inch, and now the screen doesnt work anymore.

I played with the wires a fair bit, un plugged and re plugged a fair bit but it has not yet come back.

any advice?

 

check OTHER wires in case you messed them up poking at your LCD. Make sure you didn't switch your wires around when you were trying to fix it. ensure everything is seated and you don't have any bad pins/bent pins/bad runs.

Its a 5 dollar part.. there's bound to be bad ones.

 

Yeah, it all looks fine.

 

I would guess it went south. Unless you have another mega 2560 to test with. Looks like youre out another $5-10.
Everything else work?

 

Got home today, and it works again, just going to have to leave it as is, and hopefully when i print the case for it and secure the wires properly, it stays working for good.

The Robo has an LCD? Can't tell from the one frontal pic on the store.
