I am having an issue with the Y axis.
It seems to slip at times when moving + and -.
I pulled up the bed and made sure everything was tight. Do you have any other thoughts/ recomendation or things I can do to stop this from happening?

When manually moving it does seem to slip at spots. I did try to watch the belt but wasn't really sure what I should be look for.

I Tried posting a picture but I was too large. It seems the X and Z are file but each layer of Y is drifted to the + side.

    Thank you

Slips are one of a few things only.
    1) loose belt
    2) rarely -- a way too tight belt
    3) loose cog on drive motor shaft
    4) loose pinion on belt path

    Process for each issue:
1: tighten the screws holding the Y axis part

2: loosen the Y axis part

3: a.take it all apart and get to the drive? I did try tightening the bolts that act as guides for the Y belt.
    b. I'm not sure exactly what I would be looking for but just tightening things

4: a. Take it all apart? and inspect...

3 and 4 require you to lift the bed off.

Barnacles video may show you the details:

I can't remember if it does or not, but good to watch if you are new to printer anyway.

basically List the bed and look a the cog on the Y drive motor shaft. it has an allen screw (M3 I think) that holds it on the shaft. Make sure it is tight,

Look in the center where the belt goes through all those pinions and make sure the belt stays in the center of those when you move it end to end.

It might be a bad bearing as well. Powered off is the bed hard to move by hand?
