Unresolved Y axis losing its position

    Im having some prints do a few layers, (20 or 30) then all of the sudden it starts another layer about 1 inch off in the air! Not happening all the time, but every couple prints... really making me nervous.... Anything I can check??

    hard to see, but the back edge moved to the right about 2 inches and then started printing in the air.... I use Simplify3d to print things

    Likely to be a loose drive component in which ever direction it is shifting in.

    Probably a loose set screw on the Y pulley
