I just received my printer two days ago ( ROBO 3D R1+). The Z-axis will not home, but I can move it up and down with MatterControl so I know the motors work. Please Help

I tried that last night with no improvement. I got home today and had a second look and it was slightly twisted and have I fixed it, but not the printhead is about a quarter inch above the print bed when printing.

There are two Z axis home switches. They should be mounted directly under the X Axis crossbar as shown.

Mine are the blue-colored blocks, yours are probably black. The switch on top of the block is the Z axis home sensor. There are two, one on each side (left and right). Either one triggering is enough to mark the Z as HOME. You want them close to level with each other so that they trigger at close to the same time.

Thanks! The problem seemed to have fixed itself, and soon I'm gonna need more filament to feed my newfound addiction. :p

The switches on mine ARE black.
