Z moving negative????

    You can superglue the pots once you get them tuned :)

    I agree this is not an optimal design.

    Once I'm satisfied that I have the right settings, and when I have the new boards in hand, I'm going to lift the pots and mount fixed resistors to set the voltages, and mark the boards appropriately. One less thing to go wrong.

    I wouldn't trust glue not to get under the wiper, or expand just slightly and lift the wiper off the carbon.

    FWIW I wouldn't superglue anything, but a dot of hot glue won't hurt anything, can be removed later and will definitely lock them in.
