    Hi guys,
I have a problem during print an object.
Z motor works truly before start printing, but when I start printing it doesn't get upper for second layer . All layers are printed at same height as first layer.

I assume you have tried different software (slicers/printer programs)?
Make sure it is not something like MatterControl just being silly.

Try Cura and see if the problem persists.

Sounds like your Z offset it too low and the nozzle is pressed too much into the bed for it to raise properly

    Hi Mark
It is good to see you.

I have tested both of firmware (8mm- 516inch)
I think it is about steps per mm, but I dont know what should I do....

If you have loaded the correct firmware from the website and the problem is still there then it is not likely steps/mm. The correct firmware version would have the right number for your printer...you either have 5/16 (not likely in a newer printer) or 8mm and the Z steps is the real difference.

It is possible that the stepper driver for the Z axis is misbehaving or needs to be tuned (the stepper drivers are the small daughtercards on the RAMPS board). If it were faulty or not tuned then the stepper would skip steps and you could end up with the same symptoms you have.

First load the correct firmware (depends on which model you have) and then you can swap the Z stepper driver for one of the others (X or Y) and see if Z behaves correctly. [Yes, where ever you put the bad one will not step correctly, but the Z should]

If the Z works after that swap you need to get a replacement parts request in to Robo.
You might want to do a one-on-one with their tech folks and see if they will just swap the entire RAMPS*

*if it were me this is what I would do, warranty or not since the RAMPS is not terribly expensive.
