Air Printing 10mm above the bed

    My R2 continues to print at least 10 mm above the bed. I did the Z-offset wizard several times - no success. Can anyone help?

    Hi @Johannbv have you cleaned the IR sensor to ensure its not false triggering?

    Mark - i did not - however, I just printed from a flash drive and when using the drive it prints accurately. So there must a setting issue in Octoprint or Cura. Any ideas on how to reset this?

    I can't help you with Cura, I never use it.
    OctoPrint make sure there is no global Z offset defined or anything modifying the startup GCode block that is adding something.
