Solved Auto leveling will not work

    After installing the E3D hotend, I have proceeded to start a print, and after the autoleveling functions are done the extruder is too low and always clogging, please help!!!

    You may need to set a Z Offset using M565 in your start up script, place it between the G28 and G29 and start with M565 Z-1.0 then if it's too far make it less negative, too close make it more negative.

    I am using simplify 3d, where would i place it, would i just find the gcode file and then place what u said at the start of all of code?

    Startup GCode block which is under SCRIPTS under thee Process editor

    G28 ; home all axes
    M565 Z-1.0 ; set the offset for auto-leveling mechanism
    G29 ; run auto-level
