I recently replaced the bed for my Robo 3D R one plus and I did a circle calibration print the circle was lopsided and I noticed when I was trying to calibrate for the second time it stayed in the very back of the bed and kept making grinding noises when it wanted to move back more

The markings on the bed have no basis in reality, also the actual printable area on the R1 series is smaller than advertised and shifted toward the back of the printer.

    My own measurements indicate a printable areas about 220 x 236 x 230 (W x D x H) measured in millimeters.

    Something blocking the bed travel.
lopsided circles are one axis not getting correct travel.

Lift the bed and take a look under it. Slide it back an forth with the bed off and see what is getting in the way. Usually it is a wire bundle.
