by doesn't move do you mean the Y axis has no movement at all? Do you hear the motor when you command the Y axis to move? Did you check the terminal to see if it mentions the Y Endstop is triggered? Video?

I can move the bed manually but when I press the "y" button I only hear a little noise, not a motor noise, where I can see if it triggered??

Does the X axis move when you press the "X" Button. What software are you using? (Mattercontrol i believe it's called Termainl, Cura its in the same window as your jog movement buttons. Simplifiy3d its in communication) Do you have video or pictures of the mechanism underneath the heated bed?

Can you lift the bed and take a picture of whats underneath. Mainly the motor the belt, and the tension mounts

you need to put in a parts request at Robo3d that little tensioner has broken (if you have a friend with a 3d printer they can print you one out or if you have a second) Robo3d guys are pretty good about it. to install it when you get it just unscrew the old one and wrap it around then it'll work (I have about 10 of those things printed out just incase i would suggest doing the same when you can)

Both my printers are running right now so i can't show you but that belt should be tight and should meet the other side of the bed. When one of them finish i'll send you a picture.

Check the items that came with your printer - If you bought it recently they usually send a spare y-axis tensioner (the little black piece that broke). Hopefully you got the spare and can print. I know how frustrating that can be, same thing happened to me.

Diana, I am glad you got your problem solved, in the future may I ask that you refrain from using all UPPERCASE letters. The human brain does not read individual letters when reading passages, it recognizes pattern relationships. Those patterns are much easier to recognize when upper and lower case are used correctly. It will make reading post, especially longer ones much easier for those that want to answer.

Same thing happened to me, bought mine in mid-June. Go on Amazon and there are tons of reviews indicating the same problem. Ya think they would do something more about it other than put an additional piece in the box. Why not fix the issue, instead of put a band-aid in the box and say 'here ya go'. I love my Robo printer, but the company needs a little better quality control. Don't get frustrated, because when you start printing, it will be well worth the hassle!

A friend of mine was impressed with my Robo 3D and decided to get his own. I told him it would probably come with broken Y belt anchors, and sure enough, BOTH were broken. It did come with 1 replacement y axis anchor but with two broken ones, it was not enough.

However, in about 15 min, in it's own selfless act, my Robo 3D shat out two lime green y axis belt anchors for my friends Robo 3D, and all was well. Now his Robo Prints its own up grades...
