    Hi there.
Printing has just been peachy with this up until yesterday when it cut off half way in a print.
An error message popped up and it said that I had lost connection and that it needed a reset.

    Error detected
    Connection interrupted.
Please reset the connection to the printer controls.
If error persists, please call customer service and report.
Heading failed, system stopped! Heater_ID bed.

    Reset

    I've reset the controls
    Reset the wifi connection
    Turned it off and on.
Turned it off, unplugged it and plugged it back in and then turned it on.

    Any suggestions?

Call Robo and ask them for a replacement bed; specifically the V2. No pogo pins = happy maker
