what temperatures, speed, and extrusion percentages are you printing at?

my belts are all adequately tight.

in order of descending slic3r settings on speed is:

    20
    15
    60%
    40
    30
    30
    30
    70
    15

    travel is 120

    first layer is 30%

all the rest are at 0

this is for 200 micron prints

I use 190 first and 180 for the rest. should I use 190-185? I will try to increase the teprature and see what happens. to me it looked like the extruder was moving to quickly up

have you verified the set screws on the pulley align with the flat spots on the drive shaft?

    Something's definitely loose.

I'm printing belt tensioner s to see it it helps with anything but all my screws seem tight and the pulley is stiff.

well the screws can be tight and not aligned with the flat spots on the shaft. It's a bitch to check but it might be your problem if you've never verified it.

I have these weird bumps from layers not matching up on all sides. could the bed also not be set correctly?

    Could be.

If it were me I'd take off my bed. You might be able to see if the set screws and flat spots are aligned but probably not. Take off the motor if you can't tell of if they're not and remove the pulley and reset.

Before you remove the pulley use your caliper prove to measure the distance from the top of the pulley to the top of the drive shaft so you don't have to worry about redoing that part. Mine was 4.02mm so 4mm.

You can also message me on skype

You can tell that the filament was 'dropped' into place, not 'pushed' into place (it is still a round layer, not a flat one) to use tesseract's terminology.

I made alot of small changed to match the filament I am using like temperature and retraction settings, I played with speed, infill , support material and layer hight to get my print to start looking better. Sorry I can't be too specific but after sooo many settings being changed I can't remember the exact settings from before.
