Cooling issues ??

    Not even sure how this happened, I’m assuming it’s because of cooling issue but still would like different take to see what you guys think.

    I printed it at 182 F,

    Similar things happen. It is heat, but not the way you might think.
    As the model got taller the layers got ... smaller. So the extruder was coming back over a given spot faster.
    Yes, you need to have your FANS on 100% by then, but with a small enough layer even that will not cure it.
    You need to tell the slicer to set a minimum print time for all layers. Then even smaller layers will have time to cool.

    In Simplify it is the Speed Overrides/fan overrides: These are default settings, I usually set it to allow more time for any layer less than 30 seconds and to be max cooling for any smaller layers.
