I noticed today that the cork lining underneath the heated bed seems to be expanding and pulling away. When I started with this bed a couple of months back the cork was completely flat.

    Is this normal?

This picture was taken while the bed was cold. When hot, the cork expands a little more it seems.

    Not unusual.

Others, including myself have reported the same thing

I think it was @daniel871 that had some Aluminum Duct Tape (you can pick up a roll at any of the larger home improvement centers), and added more tape to the bottom in the middle, and so far, it has helped the sagging.

Yeah, this is what I did. Seems to have solved the cork sag issue.

Mine didn't even come with cork board. Robo sent me one with 4 strips of shiny tape. You said it was aluminum duct tape? I will have to stop by Lowes or HD on the way home and see if I can find some. Looks like HVAC tape and maybe that will be some good insurance to avoid sagging as my Robo ages. Hey, we all sag a little with age right? LOL!

Perfect! Thanks for the link. Funny that 50 yards is $7.50 and 10 yards is $11.40. Should have it in 2 days and saves me a drive to the store. Thanks again.
