I wanted am upgrade from the usual hexagon hotend on my r1 but the e3d v6 is really out of my budget as a highschooler. What are your experiences with the lite 6? I only print pla so far so temperature with the ptfe lining would not be a problem. Any noticable gains with changing to this head? http://e3d-online.com/Lite6 I have heard bad experiences with clones so i don't want to venture into that side.

Honestly, you will likely not see any performance gains with the Lite6 over the Hexagon already in the Robo, Save some money and when you can afford it go for the actual E3Dv6 instead.

Why do you want to upgrade? The hexagon is a perfectly fine hot end
