    What bothers me is the silence and no response. That's a business killer. I feel like they don't care for their customers only sales. Repeat sales and support is just as important.

    Yup. They ignored me of over a year the first time, so I gave up. Second time (bed replacement) only month or so (and I did eventually get it back fixed).

    Word of mouth advertising can be worth gold. People hear it from people they trust and your sale is assured.
    Same is true of negative advertising :)
