Basically I just would like to compose a thread to gain information in regard to the printer with the allmetal head, or other all metal head printers; and how they print best with different filaments @ different settings in both CURA, MC, or any other popular cad style controller. Also can anyone post the best slicers, besides cura and mc, and slic3r?

From what I was reading earlier,

Here is the first run of the TGlase. Printed a chess piece from thingiverse. Will post all my settings in cura and links to the chess piece(s) if anyone cares to print them.

People don't seem to use 618 much since Bridge was released last year. Try searching on Taulman Bridge instead. Lots more info.

I agree with this 100%. I still (call me stupid) think Skeinforge is a powerful slicer (maybe the most powerful) but it is sooo freaking hard to configure I may never quite know. I agree with that order completely in terms of how easy and practical each of them is to actually USE. I would have originally had 3 and 4 swapped, but Cura has improved a lot. Slic3r only a bit.

Agree, just understand that nylon is more flexible than PLA (and certainly ABS) so expect that when dealing with it. The bridge is a good mix of characteristics, but in thinner layers the nylon flexibility shows up.
