What can you guys recommend with the HIGHEST thermal stability properties. Something that might hold up in the engine compartment of a car... Maybe even as far as something bolted to an engine?

You're probably going to need polycarbonate or one of the PC blends to have a chance there.

That's kind of what I was thinking... Any plans on carrying anything like that in the near future?

I have had some parts printed locally on a stratasys machine in ABS Plus and they've held up well under the hood (not on the engine).

I don't have any plans in the near future to carry PC or and ABS based materials.
If stratasys ABS PLUS works for you, then you probably don't need to go all the way to PC. Protopasta PC-ABS may work. They sell 50g sample packs. I actually may have a few. I'll look and report back. Last I heard, the Afinia 'premium ABS' was actually believed to be a PC-ABS blend as well.

Alright guys. Here's what I've got: 1 coil of PC-ABS black 1 coil of PC-ABS natural. I'll do these for $5. First two responses gets them.
