I have to say, Im pretty impressed....out of box and straight to printing in less than an hr, not to mention the detail is pretty impressive. Any tips or if any of you notice anything in the print please let me know. I do have a question about what would cause the bumps on top rather than a smoother surface?....any ideas?

Not enough top and bottom layers. The infill is showing through.
Most slicers default to 2 or 3 top/bottom layers. The default layer height is usually 0.2mm -- do the math.
Not a lot of material there...
