ive looked around but cant seem to find someone able to help with my problem. i got my printer a few days ago and everything seemed to work fine. printed a few things and all was good. last night i let it run on a bigger piece and it finished it. went to start on a new piece and it doesnt do anything. what i mean is. i have power and it connects . i can click the home button and it will go there . the x,y and z buttons next to the home button work but the other controls do not. its not heating up bed or head. if i load a print it will level the bed and nothing else. im guessing because its not heating. any help will be better than what i have right now. thanks

What temperatures are your thermocouples reporting?

Try disconnecting and reconnecting to the printer. Otherwise something may have wiggled unplugged

Disconnect from your printer, click configuration, and click show terminal.

With terminal open reconnect to the printer. Tell me what errors come up. Specifically if it say mintemp error.

It wouldn't let me copy it so I'll type it
    Error 0
Extruded switched off max temp triggered
Error printer stopes due to error fix error and use m999 tenuous rest set it after restarting
    Echoed into fail

You've got a short circuit on one of your thermistor lines

do you own a multimeter? Measure the resistance of the thermistor lines.

It's a good thing to own regardless. I would suggest getting one, harbor freight sometimes has free coupons for them with any purchase.

maybe? manual controls should probably still work.

You need to troubleshoot the thermocouple issue by tracing the line and/or measuring the resistance. .

    I just told you.

Does it show you a warning in terminal when you try and move the axis after homing?

they're 100kohm thermistors. You're measuring to see if the thermistors read ~100kohm of resistance.
