Yeah, happened to me the 3rd day of owning it. For the longest time I just printed around it, or even over it if the object was large enough that the small bubble wouldn't matter. Upgrading to an aluminum print bed soon. Already have it made but need to polish the print side of it.

I'm interested to hear how the aluminum works. I can see it putting a bigger draw on the power supply / Arduino.

Why would it draw more? Because the aluminum would dissipate heat more?

Well I got a silicone heater mat for the aluminum, but the draw doesn't seem to be any more then the PCB on my glass.

Yeah, the aluminum should give up heat to the air a lot more readily than the glass by acting like a finless heatsink.

that bed is actually quite tough. unless they changed the glass type. but with the magnet setup.. .you can replace with almost anything if you just buy some magnets and glue.

Borasilic(sp) heat bed glass is Pyrex. It's just that Pyrex is a brand name of it. Like Formica is the brand name for laminate.

Aluminum will heat up faster, requiring much less input, however it will require more input to maintain the temps. Only Copper and silver transfer heat faster, outside of superconductors.

Just had it happen to me today. Printed an ABS part during the day, came home and picked up the part and saw it had a piece of glass lightly stuck to the print. It is in an enclosed cabinet, which keeps in the heat and slows down cooling of everything quite a bit. Submitted a part replacement request.

FYI, Robo said that the bed is only covered under the 6 month parts warranty for shipping/out of box damage. I had to pay for my replacement. :/

I'm getting ready to epoxy the magnets to the bed. Are the magnets that attach to the frame supposed to be glued in or free? Mine came free, but I have always wondered...

the magnets should be secured into the end brackets

I meant to say, mine arrived not secured in the frame.

Ok, that makes sense and why I've had some difficulty in print quality since the beginning with those magnets only relying on magnetism to hold down to the frame. A point of note for their QC.

Correction, the front two magnets were unsecured, although I can see what looks to be the remains of an adhesive in the recess. The rear magnets were and still are secured. :)
