If the heater and thermistor physically check out it is either the ramps or arduino

Then one of the plugs is reversed.

The NOTHING part bothers me since that almost has to be the RAMPS since it is the common point. If either motor is swapped it will spin the opposite direction. Not spinning means it is not getting a signal.

Alright my Arduino board just showed up, I plugged it in to my pc and it seemed to auto update the board does this sound right? Also all of the Robo firmware links that I have found seem to be broken any updated links that I may have overlooked?

Eureka!!! so Im printing again, However I seem to have some serious y axis drag causing the belt to skip a couple teeth and throw the print off but the core issue is resolved.

Recap- If the heatbed wire harness gets munched and the power and ground touch causing this issue you have fried both boards. Thank you everyone for the help and patience.
