Hello.

    I have had my R1 for about a month now and was encouraged to put an intro here. So far it has been an experience with a lot of trials and frustration but that is another thread. The good times with the printer do outweigh the bad though as it has done some mind blowing things. Anyway i look forward to things smoothing out a bit.

    Sometimes they work right out of the box, other times they need some tweaking to get going.Either way eventually they all need tweaking :)

    Post up your problems in the troubleshooting section and we can help you get it sorted.
    Any items that are broken that need warranty attention will still have to go through the contact form on the main Robo site, but ewcan certainly help to figure out what needs done to get it going.
