Not 100% certain exactly what settings I was at when I exported those, but something I printed recently.

I have bridged as far as 3-4 inches in a go :)
You need to set temp to minimum for printing, fan speed high.

Try 1800 (30mm/s) see if that helps.

Really looks like something mechanical to me. I'm looking through my simplify settings to see if there's anything else you could adjust.

There is an export button on the screen to edit them. That saves them off as XML.

mike I was thinking about slowing it down but I kinda like the idea that it could finish in half the time:)

Put on the volcano adapter for the E3D. Full speed...full extrusion. I can't run slow any more or it ends up getting messy :)

I print at 4000mm/min these days.

The hobbed bolt could be dirty or have a tooth or two that is full of plastic causing it to skip.

Can always run an extrusion calibration test to see what is going on.

im trying half speed right now and it is already looking better I still did have to turn up the infill to 150%, at 100 it was still all broken?. maybe ill have to find a happy medium if this works out?

I think he means extrude 100mm (or 10 or 50, whatever) and measure what actually got extruded.

I have a couple of nozzles that are significantly off (one of my 0.4 nozzles is really a 0.5).

Due to various things even though the printer is told to extrude 10mm of filament only 9mm might come out.

Looks like you guys got it. That kind of an infill is usually a sign of too fast / too cold. You might also be getting 'too fast' from acceleration settings rather than actual speed.
