Help... unable to pint since end November

    Someone can hurry CEO?

    My R2 after one month of use, got problem with "pins pogo" as stated by supplier. Sent bed on waranty, but so far I haven't been able to print!!!

    Please.

    If your not needing parts but more an operation or troubleshooting we can help with alot more info needed. What bed did they sent? What issues are you having printing? attach a picture of your first layer and an example print with your issues pointed out?
