    Hi,

I'm brand new to 3d printing and on the second day off me getting my Robo r2, the extruder jammed. I need to clean it to get the plastic unplugged, and that requires removing the hotend. Is there anyone that can help me with my situation?

    Thank you so much

If you are removing the hotend in it's entirety, loosen the allen head cap screw on the front of the extruder in the metal plate and pull it downward. Disconnect the two wires going to the downtown connector board. That is the entire sequence, reverse for reinstalling.

For a lot of jams, a cold pull might be enough, though. Give that a try first!
