    the heat break ... it broke. :(
    That is the most breakable part of the hotend.
    Good luck. The E3D has a similar setup, just don't put significant torque on the heatbreak when you tighten it.

    yup just had to pay 60 euros to replace all the metal parts since i can't get that fricking heatbreack out of both part :mad:

    It is supposed to be torqued (a very little bit) in place while hot.
    That would make getting it loose cold a bit harder.

    This is certainly a case where a replacement is easier :)

    But reality is that the heatbreak is not replaceable on the Hexagon. It is a better design than most hotends, being all metal, but it still was not to the level of the best hotends
