Solved My prints are coming out at terrible quality

    Over extrusion for sure, maybe incorrect Z steps as well, maybe way too hot... without seeing your pictures, all a guess.
    (to be honest even seeing your pictures will involve some guesswork since we are not hands-on with your software and settings)

    Thank you guys for helping, It was the print speed that was the issue.

    I don't believe I was printing too hot, because I was printing at 200 in PLA.

    If you have not tested it, you could be too hot.
    I do not know what temperatures your PLA needs to print at, but the "range" most manufacturers give you is a ball-park.

    I print PLA at anywhere from 175-190. 200 would be a runny mess for me.

    Test yours and see where you best temperature is.

    Yep, even spools ordered in the same batch from the same Manufacturer require testing to find their "happy" spot in my experience. And thats on all machines, not just our Robo :D. I'd give it a look. Dual part cooling fans going full blast and 190 at times is a bit to hot in my enviroment (65-70 degrees all year round like a server room :D )

    I'd give it a few tests just for curiousity sake
