No difference, did this twice. Reinstalled twice both matter control and simp3d. How do I take the head out and check the thermistor issue? Link me if there is a thread on it already, thanks

Dude you're going at this thing with a hatchet. The fact that both are reading 0 is probably a driver issue.

So the "quality" control from robo3d just means that drivers stop working when they feel like it? Great

No it's your personal computer that's the problem. Their machine isn't the issue here. Stop placing blame and just take a deep breath and you'll get there.

Try another USB cable as well.
If Simplify3D is failing then it is certainly a communications issue of some sort.

    RECEIVED: Error:0

RECEIVED: : Extruder switched off. MINTEMP triggered !

RECEIVED: Error:printer stopped due to errors. Fix the error and use M999 to restart. (Temperature is reset. Set it after restarting)

How do I fix the m999 error. Is the thermistor DC'd like the other posts suggest?

The only thing the printer does is home in....and makes a lot of grinding noises. Its overshooting a lot. Will install and update in a minute
