Unresolved New filament micro voids

    pro PLA matterhackers
    Oiler
    2000mm/min = 33mm/sec
    .2mm ht
    .4 nozzle, e3d v6
    90% filiment

    Temps tried less than 210 very bad, ran at 215

    Getting these small micro voids and inconsistencies. Does not happen with other filaments. There is no sign of steam.

    It could be 'wet' filament. You can try drying it...

    W/O the steam it is less likely 'wet' and more likely just a bad batch.

    Could also be filament gunk on the hobbed bolt. Check to make sure it's clean.

    Also an oiler if you're not using one.

    But I agree, the bubbles look like moisture.
