New Y axis braket

    Hello,

    It appears my y axis bracket is broken. (see image)

    Do you think this will affect the quality of the prints and is there any way to get a new one ?

    If you rather you can call Robo3D and check on a replacement. Under warranty absolutely do that.
    I printed a set of those for someone else, it is not a huge pain :)

    I don't think it is under warranty I got my machine a year ago. I wouldn't even mind paying for a new bracket set it couldn't be that expensive ( just plastic ) but I don't think they sell them.

    Submit a replacement part request. The worst they can say is they won't sell you one, or they will, or they'll give you one!
