    If you are experiencing a weird behavior in your R2 Printer, then please verify the versions of RoboOS and Marlin firmware and let us know when you post your request.

    Many problem stem from conflicting software between the RoboOS and the Marlin firmware.

    Instructions for verifying the software / firmware are found in the R2 FAQ.

    Secondly, please take time to read the R2 FAQ. You might find the solution to your problem in that thread.

    And lastly, always backup the SDcard software before making any changes to the RoboOS.

    Backups of the firmware settings and RoboOS can save you when one or the other gets corrupted.
