Answered Print bed shattered.

    Well about a month ago my print bed shattered and I started trying to find a replacement. I was going to order from the parts list after a payday but by the time payday came it was listed Out of Stock and now the listing for the print bed is now gone entirely.

    I've tried to contact ROBO about this and get clarification but they ignore me on chatra despite asking several times and I posted on their Facebook back also with no response.

    Kinda irritating to not be able to just order the part as well as apparently being ignored and/or just a overall lack of customer service all together.

    Have you called them? I don't do the online or email thing as it is to easy to get overlooked in my opinion.

    I'll see if I can find the post to an alternative someone used.

    Sorry for the delays and frustration. I just spoke with our team about this and I was told that we are currently out of stock. Beds have been ordered, however we do not yet have an estimate as to when those will arrive. I will surely keep you posted. Once again, I'm sorry for the lack of communication and hope to get this resolved in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience.

    Just wished I had come here first I guess rather than wasting time with chatra or the facebook page.
