It appears you have an R1+ and your choice to reflash the firmware was incorrect. That is why you are having scaling issues with the height. Try solving one issue at a time.

    I've re-flashed with multiple firmwares, V1 and V3.
Will try again when I find time.

Be certain that the fan attached to the side of the extruder is running all the time.If that is not the case then just like an unseasoned nozzle the extruder will clog... just for an entirely different reason. Heat Creep. The melt zone is in the heater block... so that is the only place in the hotend where the plastic should be liquid. If that fan is not running the melt zone can creep up the hotend and then you will get a failure.

You just confirmed that you likely flashed the wrong version of the firmware. Why did you feel the need to flash it anyway?

Yea, V1 and V3 are for the R1 (not the R1+)
The R1+ only has one version out there and it is the one (cleverly) labeled: "Lead Screw Upgrade Firmware"

    WOW! WORKING!
Whew... What a stressful day that was yesterday, I was ready to throw in the towel..
    The firmware was the issue.
I was browsing through another help thread, where someone suggesting updating the firmware. They provided a direct link, and that's why I didn't see the obvious "DO NOT UPGRADE ROBO PLUS" notice...
    I really appreciate the help.
Anyone know if I can print out a next extruder mount? Mine got melted by the extruder when I had the thing apart.

Most of the parts are available (somewhere) online. Do you have a picture of exactly what part you are referring to?

Also, the printer will print off center on the Y axis. I'm not sure how to adjust this. I've tried pausing and adjusting the Y axis with the controls, and nothing. I'm not able to find much information about it online either.
I'm so happy it's working again, I'm finally able to relax...
All thanks to everyone here on the forums.

It's the part the fan mounts onto. It seems like a rather large part though. It's what you unscrew to get to the extruder.

Sounds like you might mean the parts fan :)

So with the Robo R1+ model, the extruder fan and parts fan are both connected to the same part/mount that is now partially melted. I haven't been able to find anything yet.
Also, does anyone know how to center the Y axis? My printer doesn't center the print correctly.

If you are basing the idea that your Y axis is off because it is not centered on the white square on the glass, stop thinking about it. The markings on the glass have no basis in reality and are just cosmetic. The Robo will print where it needs to not where you need it to.

Yea, the markings on the build plate are decorations only -- they have no meaning.
The printer 'knows' where HOME is and it 'knows' how big the Axis are (X, Y and Z) so that is how it 'knows' where the center is (math).
