Printing replacement stock hotend part

    Does anyone have a STL for the part right on top that has the two springloaded screws? I have worn a big hole in one side. I think I can fix it with a 3D pen, but I would like to print another one to have as a backup or replacement if the patch doesn't work.
    Side note: I saw this in the right hand sidebar:
